A Learnvest financial plan is only as good as the data it's based on, and as a result planners spent huge amounts of time attempting to verify and correct information gathered through an aging profile experience defined in no small part by technological constraints.
Working closely with the product owner and visual designer, and technology and planning teams, I defined an overall flow that would be intuitive to users and mitigate the obvious impact of the underlying technology, advocated hard to limit the question set to the bare minimum that could create a quality plan, and kept everyone honest through implementation and iterations.
